FCA will be having Bible study on Tuesday mornings. Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Daye will be having Bible study for girls in their rooms, and Coach Shriner will be having Bible study for boys in the weight room.
The Bible studies teach you more about the Bible and let people talk about what they are reading. Shriner said, “It’s like a playbook, it’s really important, as a Christian, to know God’s book.” He quoted Romans 10:18, “But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did: Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world." (NIV)
Students also get enjoyment out of the Bible studies. Alexandra Moyer said, “The Tuesday morning Bible studies are awesome! I really recommend people going to them. They really improve my relationship with other Christians, as well as my relationship with Christ.”
The Bible studies are for anyone who wants to come and they are a little different from FCA. The Bible study will be smaller and will be concentrating on different things in the Bible. It is not just for sports players. Every Tuesday, there will be a different topic that you will be concentrating on. They will concentrate on your life as a girl or boy and what you go through in school.
