William Daniel Chase Underhill, better known as Chase Underhill, participated in a variety of activities and made many friends during his time at Orange High School, leaving behind a community to remember him fondly.

While at OHS, Underhill participated actively in the Future Farmers of America (FFA) club, and previously served as Treasurer. He enjoyed it so much that he was front and center of the FFA picture in the 2012 yearbook, holding the sign to declare his pride in the Ag Department. He was a member of the Swim team, the Shooting club, and a former middle school state ranked wrestler. Outside of school, Underhill enjoyed hunting and outdoor activities.

This being said, Ag was Underhill’s favorite subject, but he was enrolled in a variety of subjects including Spanish, US History, and AP Environmental Science. During his free time, he was employed by Edge Effect Landscape.

Underhill was described by his peers as a lively, confident, and tough guy. He was a member of New Horizons Church. He was 16 years old.
